About this Position HCB Asia’s business is rapidly expanding, leading to an increase in both the number and size of investment projects in the region. The objective of this role is to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide engineering support for capital investment projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility analysis to vertical start-up. These projects primarily focus on capacity expansion, continuous improvement, and innovation. What you´ll do Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, consolidate necessary inputs, and evaluate and develop engineering technical solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and develop engineering technical solutions to support business decision-making and the investment approval process. Manage and steer the execution of regional strategic projects with cross function team, being accountable for budget, timeline, standards, and scope of work. Act as a technical consultant, providing technical assistance and sharing knowledge with plant engineering, maintenance, and operation teams based on requests or assignments. Coordinate and interact with different suppliers including Henkel preferred suppliers. Support additional regional engineering tasks: - Prepare materials and reports for Steering Committee meetings. - Monitoring and reporting on project timing, investment, and CAPEX, - Preparation of investments and managing all molds related investments.
