GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The analyst will join the Cost Planning and Analysis team to drive cost management initiatives.  The candidate would leverage on data driven analytics to achieve cost efficiency and optimal return on dollar spent.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Lead in key cost management agenda

  • Design cost transparency and performance metrics to drive resource allocation

  • Initiate cost initiatives in collaboration with cost custodians

  • Leverage on data analytics to provide insights for cost decisions

  • Cost governance via the Expense Control Framework

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in the banking industry

  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently or contribute as part of a team

  • Takes initiatives in streamlining processes and drive automation

  • Programming knowledge will be an advantage (Excel/Access VBA)
