About the role

To be the customer’s primary point of contact for proposal and order execution, managing all open and ongoing activities within the assigned area of responsibility. The Inside Sales Manager ensures timely handling of cases, drives stakeholder engagement, and manages project timelines in alignment with kickoff agreements.

This role collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Outside Sales, and Commercial Excellence to ensure seamless execution. The position also ensures structured CRM usage, supports lead qualification, and maintains high-quality customer communication to deliver strong customer satisfaction

Your  Responsibilities :

  • Manage the proposal handling and order execution process from inquiry to OAK, including kickoff meetings and end-to-end case management.

  • Coordinate daily with internal and external stakeholders regarding orders, deliveries, claims, and payments while ensuring customers remain informed throughout the process.

  • Govern contracts and commercial terms, including Rules of Engagement and compliance with agreed conditions.

  • Maintain and update customer guidelines within the assigned area of responsibility.

  • Deliver customer-focused communication related to inquiries, proposal updates, pricing negotiations, and service documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Engineering, and Trade Finance to ensure timely execution and delivery commitments.

  • Verify that customer purchase orders align with approved proposals and agreed commercial terms.

  • Ensure timely PO booking in line with customer deadlines and internal procedures.

  • Provide customers with accurate order status updates and delivery schedules based on supply chain information.

  • Support Outside Sales with sales history, pricing insights, and CRM/BI reporting.

  • Maintain high-quality data standards across CRM and case management systems.

  • Ensure compliance with Export Control regulations, including handling of restricted-country requirements.

  • Manage customer claims and complaints efficiently to minimize customer impact and reduce internal cost exposure.

  • Follow up on overdue payments in collaboration with finance and shared service teams to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms.

You bring

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

    • Master’s degree or commercial/technical certification is an advantage.

  • Experience

    • 5–8 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or commercial operations.

    • Experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, mining, cement, or heavy equipment industries preferred.

    • Proven experience working with CRM systems and order-to-cash processes.

    • Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.

    • Basic budgeting and cost awareness

    • Knowledge of sales processes and aftersales/service operations
