Job Description
- Participate in design critiques. Be comfortable presenting your work, clearly articulating the design rationale, and open to receiving and acting upon feedback from executive team members.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and domain knowledge. Seek to upskill AI literacy and stay current with emerging multimodal interaction patterns.
- Escalate barriers, technical roadblocks, or ambiguous AI-feature requirements to the manager or executive stakeholders when appropriate, ensuring you don't stay blocked for long.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and demonstrate respect for various perspectives in all cross-functional and team interactions.
