Pay Range: $17.15 - 23.58 hourly

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Answer: Provide a world-class customer service experience
Resolve: Understand customer needs and use all tools available in order to find the right solution
Impress: Use your resources internally and externally to exceed customer expectations
Assist: Work with Accounting and cashiering when account problems or customer inquiries occur
Retrieve: Collect documentation on company-wide opportunities and non-conformances and submit to management
Contribute: Support all areas of the company by completing multiple types of transactions such as: cancellations, checking status of merchandise, delivery times, account questions, set up deliveries, etc

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
Positive, upbeat attitude
1 year of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular, one-to-one basis
Flexibility in training schedule as needed
Basic computer skills required
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
Bilingual speaking is bonus
