Key responsibilities

• Coordinates forecasts, production capacities and inventories with the purpose to reach targets of delivery services in an efficient way.
• Based on forecasts, order production and transportation, achieve stock levels that contribute to a high delivery service to customers and minimises wastage of finished goods.
• Optimises product availability by managing stock levels.
• Registers correct master data in IT systems (e.g. SAP and production server).
• Monitors and analyses results/KPIs and PPIs to take corrective action and ensure improvement.
• Works with continuous improvement within Logistics and Planning.
• Plans/optimises stock levels by setting models/parameters such as safety stock, production frequency.
• Coordinates and cooperates with demand planners, production, warehouse, transportation, commercial etc., to ensure a cost-efficient flow with high delivery service in the whole value chain.

Educational background

• Education at bachelor level within Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
