Your mission
Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients, including private clinics, public hospitals, and major clinic networks across Norway.
Sales & Pipeline Tracking: Track, record, and optimize all sales activities within the company CRM.
Performance & KPIs: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and core KPIs (such as sales volume, clinic visits, and number of active clients).
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor indicators, and local healthcare insights to proactively identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local medical device regulatory standards, internal company processes, and implant traceability guidelines.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide Junior (JR) and Middle (PL) sales representatives, ensuring their alignment with corporate goals and commercial best practices.
Your profile
Industry Experience: Proven sales experience specifically within the silicone medical implant industry (Aesthetics / Plastic Surgery sector is highly valued).
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of medical sales KPIs (volume, conversion, active client management, and visit frequency).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in strategic account management and portfolio tracking using CRM software. Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret market data, analyze competitor movements, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with medical regulatory processes, quality standards, and medical device traceability.
Languages: Fluency in Norwegian and professional proficiency in English are required.
