Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in the program development, coordination, planning of programs with department.
- Serves as responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the program implementation and logistics.
- Provides ideas for management and operational improvement, as well as serves as a development resource for program planning, implementation and close out.
- May have budgetary/financial oversight of program.
- Provides high-level administrative and operational support for Division leadership, including calendar management, meeting preparation, leadership team coordination, and follow-up on key priorities.
- Facilitates Division marketing and communications needs, including website maintenance, social media content and coordination, content updates, promotional materials, and support for internal and external communications.
- Works closely with the Department of Medicine to oversee the submission process for Dermatology faculty appointments and promotion packets, including CVs, executive summaries, Clinician Track Impact Reports, letters of support and related materials.
- Manages Division-wide ProCard purchasing and reconciliation, including policy-compliant purchasing, receipt tracking, delivery coordination, expense documentation, and reconciliation for events, clinic, operational, and special project needs.
- Manages all logistics for Division special events, including the annual holiday party, alumni events, lectureships, research events, special occasion receptions, and dinners. Oversees contracts, travel arrangements, itineraries, technical support, catering, vendor coordination, expenses, and day-of event execution.
- Provides office oversight and operational support to ensure Division workspaces, shared areas, supplies, equipment, and facilities are maintained, organized, and ready for daily use.

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
