Your role here
As a Cloud Architect Analyst, you will help manage and improve our cloud systems, including Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange. You will support system migrations, troubleshoot issues, and help keep systems running smoothly and securely. You’ll work with teams across the organization to improve processes and user experience. #LI-Hybrid
Your experience and background
- Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and identity solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.
- Experience supporting or leading Microsoft 365 migrations and integrations, including hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), security, and compliance controls.
- Proficiency working with email security platforms (e.g., Proofpoint) and implementing authentication protocols such as DKIM, DMARC, and threat protection tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage cloud-based collaboration and productivity solutions.
- Familiarity monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability, and issue resolution.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and coordinating with vendors or external partners, including Microsoft support.
- Background supporting global or multi-region environments, including infrastructure, device lifecycle management, and standardized processes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, security, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational needs.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, reporting, and system standards.
- Associate's Degree or 5-10 years of demonstrated work experience in escalating complex roles within a global hybrid cloud position in lieu of degree.
