As an HR Generalist, you’ll take the lead in managing and improving daily HR operations while ensuring full compliance with Greek labor legislation and Ergani requirements. You’ll oversee end-to-end employee processes — from onboarding and contract management to policy implementation and employee relations — acting as a key point of contact for both employees and management.

As Human Resources Generalist, You Will
Lead daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Greek labor law and ERGANI requirements
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract management to offboarding and exit formalities
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, data, and documentation
Coordinate with managers and departments to implement HR policies and procedures effectively
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling HR inquiries and providing guidance on policies and benefits
Support payroll accuracy through timely updates of changes, absences, and related information
Oversee medical and life insurance administration and liaise with providers when needed
Participate in HR audits and ensure proper documentation and reporting
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Contribute to HR initiatives such as engagement, performance management, and learning programs
As Human Resources Generalist, You Have
A BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience within a dynamic, fast-paced organization
Excellent knowledge of Greek labor legislation and hands-on experience with ERGANI
Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and timelines
Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken)
