Job Description
Forward Together Wealth Planning, a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and their businesses for over 36 years, is currently seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing and ever evolving team in our Bethesda location.We are seeking a talented individual who will step into an instrumental role by providing client relationship support by deepening existing client relationships and providing exceptional service with proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Call, text, and email clients or prospects to set up meetings or appointments
Prepare agendas and forms for appointments
Complete client summary letters following client meetings
Conduct client appointment reminder calls, and check-in calls on follow up items
Support marketing efforts to the practice, especially with respect to coordination of seminars, in-person events, and social media engagement
Coordinate client appreciation events for the practice
Answering calls to the office
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
Maintain and order office supplies
Process incoming mail
Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisors
Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients

Education and other requirements:
3+ years of similar experience
Background in financial services industry preferred
Compensation
Negotiable, depending on experience
Base Pay Salary
The salary range will be 54k to 68k/ yearFull-Time/Part-Time
