You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven record of hitting targets, and confidence in both communication and presentation.You’re proactive about learning, comfortable using CRMs (Hubspot is a plus), and eager to grow. Experience in the construction or SaaS sector is a bonus, not a requirement.What you’ll do:Drive new business by engaging with B2B decision-makers in the construction sectorLead confident, value-driven conversations that uncover customer needs and challengesDeliver product demonstrations that show the difference Hubexo data can makeBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline in Hubspot CRMPresent and negotiate proposals that turn prospects into long-term customersClose deals confidently across phone, video, and in-person meetingsExceed activity and revenue targets through focus, energy, and ownershipWhat You Will Get: Ownership: This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close and play a key role in shaping our UK growth story.You’ll receive structured onboarding, expert coaching, and a short sales cycle where many of our team start earning commission within eight weeks.Location: Hubexo Belfast City Centre Hub (Close to public transport links) Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days in person collaboration, 2 days from homeSalary: Competitive Basic + uncapped commission + Benefits- OTE (£53,500 Year 1 | £70,300 Year 2+)Schedule: Mon-Fri: 09:00-17:30 inclusive of lunch Why Hubexo:We’re not here to coast - we’re here to challenge, grow, and build better.
