Job Description
Covenant Woods in Hanover County is looking for a Part-time Maintenance Technician to perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Responsible for carrying out all planned and unplanned maintenance throughout the facility.

Qualifications:
- Must be high school graduate or equivalent with Technical and/or Apprenticeship training.
- Must communicate effectively with residence and other staff.
- Valid Virginia drivers’ license required.
- Must be able to use test equipment, powered and hand mechanical tools, HVAC and electrical tools as well as skilled in drywall repair.
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Two years’ experience in construction and remodeling or maintenance preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Part-Time, 3 Days 8:00AM – 4:30PM (Saturday and Sunday, plus 1 flex day M-F)
