At Gallagher, we’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Internal Communications team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we communicate with our employees worldwide, ensuring our messaging reflects our values, drives engagement, and supports our strategic priorities. How you'll make an impact As an Internal Communications Manager, you’ll: Create compelling content: Write and edit high-quality internal communications for newsletters, intranet updates, executive messages, and presentations. Lead impactful campaigns: Plan and execute internal communication campaigns that engage employees and align with business goals. Collaborate globally: Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to tailor messaging for diverse audiences across divisions and functions. Support innovation: Develop content for AI-related initiatives, including updates, training materials, and success stories, while managing SharePoint resources. Drive engagement: Oversee the creation and distribution of weekly marketing updates to keep employees informed and inspired. Measure success: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights to continuously improve our communication strategies. About you We’re looking for someone who: Has 5-7 years of experience in communications, writing, or a related field. Holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, writing, or a similar discipline. Is a skilled communicator with intermediate to advanced English proficiency and a knack for crafting clear, engaging messages. Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting. Brings creativity and a solutions-focused mindset to every project.
