Role Purpose
We are hiring a Junior Analyst to support Audit Confirmations and Loan Servicing operations within the team. The role involves executing critical back-office activities, ensuring accurate audit responses, and supporting day-to-day syndicated loan processing.
The candidate will be trained in relevant processes and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery
Responsibilities:
Audit Confirmations
Monitor the Audit inbox and ensure timely acknowledgement and response to client/auditor queries
Review, validate, and prepare audit confirmation responses with accurate loan and financial data
Track outstanding audit requests and ensure closure within defined timelines
Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and approvals prior to submission
Maintain proper documentation and audit trail in line with compliance requirements
Maintain zero tolerance for errors, with a strong focus on risk, controls, and regulatory adherence.
Efficiently manage daily onboarding and refresher volumes while meeting SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory timelines.
Loan Servicing Support
Support syndicated loan lifecycle activities, including: Loan drawdowns , Rollovers , Rate fixing
Prepare and process payment instructions in Loan IQ
Monitor and follow up on information undertakings and financial covenants
Track overdue financial information and provide timely updates to management
Key Skills & Competencies
Ensure completion of all activities within defined TAT and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and data management as per process guidelines
Collaborate across teams to understand data flows and resolve discrepancies
Support audit and loan servicing activities in adherence to internal policies and procedures
Manage ad-hoc requests and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
1–3 years of experience in operations, loans knowledge is added advantage
Flexible working in shifts
Knowledge of loan products / loan servicing is an added advantage
