Senior Finance Professional, AFI Finance - Aarhus

How you will make an impact?

In this role, you will take ownership of selected core finance areas while driving both day-to-day controlling and longer-term improvements. You will help shape robust finance models, scalable processes, and strong governance to support AFI’s continued growth

Your key responsibilities will include

• Own and develop controlling models across key finance areas
• Drive the transition from ad-hoc analyses to structured, scalable and well-documented finance models
• Enhance transparency in internal reporting and decision-making
• Improve finance processes through automation, improved data structures and higher reporting quality
• Strengthen governance and controlling processes in collaboration with Global Shared Services (GSS)

What will make you successful?

We are looking for someone with a strong professional background and a structured, ownership-driven mindset.

You likely bring

• A relevant degree in Finance, Economics or similar (e.g. cand.merc., cand.oecon., HD or equivalent)
• 2–6 years of experience within Business Finance, controlling or financial management
• Strong experience with financial modelling, reporting and controlling frameworks
• Experience with process improvements, standardization and automation
• Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage)

• Proactive and ownership-driven, taking responsibility for improvements
• Collaborative, working effectively across functions and stakeholders
