Job Description
Principal Duties As an Accounting Tech III, you will: Prepare and process payroll, billings, disbursements, and related documentation. Review invoices, warrants, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness. Process accounts payable transactions. Assist with inventory related functions Prepare reports and perform data and account adjustments as needed. Receive, research, and respond to inquiries or complaints by explaining policies and procedures or facilitating resolution. Provide administrative and clerical support. Answer phones and provide front-desk customer service backup when required
