Customer Supply Representative(CSR)

Job Description

The Customer Supply Representative is the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high levels of supply assurance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

The role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships while supporting sales growth through reliable order fulfillment and proactive communication.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the main contact for customers regarding orders, forecasts, shipments, billing issues, and complaints.

  • Process and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

  • Monitor order status and proactively provide customers with timely updates on supply, delivery, and potential issues.

  • Coordinate demand and supply alignment by working closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

  • Support forecast accuracy by identifying gaps and engaging customers to improve order coverage.

  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and invoice-related issues in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Drive delivery performance and service levels through continuous monitoring and improvement actions.

  • Participate in customer logistics reviews and support discussions on performance, forecast, and supply planning.

  • Contribute to tactical sales initiatives such as promotion of product availability and alignment of delivery commitments.

  • Analyze service performance data (e.g., KPIs, customer feedback, NPS) and drive continuous improvement actions.

What You Will Need

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or sales, preferably in the high-tech or automotive industries.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and order management.

  • Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Strong customer focus with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.

  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
