Pay Range: $14 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Sales Coordinator in all aspects of the group booking process from lead building, to make a reservation, to day of event execution.
- Responsible for providing group information and assisting with reservations over the phone, in-person, or by email.
- Contact existing group events to confirm reservation details
- Coordinate ticket and wristband distribution
- Assist with group events such as birthday parties, catered functions and other group related events.
- Develop knoledge and understanding of the park booking system
- Efficiently track and manage group ticket sales
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark including facility layout and amenities
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 pounds, team lift as needed and for heaving objects

We also offer a retention bonus of up to $500 for team members that average a certain number of hours per week during the qualifying time period and work through a specified date. Details about eligibility requirements for the Retention Bonus will be provided at a later date.
