About the Role At Royce Dental, we believe every visit should feel welcoming, seamless, and personalized. As a Dental Concierge, you’re more than a front desk team member—you’re the first impression of the clinic. You help set the tone, build trust with patients, and ensure every experience is smooth from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Welcome patients in person, over the phone, and via email Manage and optimize the appointment schedule, including filling last-minute openings Handle patient inquiries, referrals, and communication with other offices Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options Process billing and insurance claims accurately Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Support the clinical team to keep daily operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or customer service Dental or healthcare experience is an asset Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and a patient-first approach Professional, friendly, and calm under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience with dental software (ClearDent, Dentrix, AbelDent) is an asset IPAC certification is a bonus Why Join Royce Dental?
