About the Role The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-supported environment for brokers, clients, and visitors
The role acts as a central point of coordination across the branch, delivering high-quality office management, administrative support, and operational services that enable broking teams to focus on client outcomes
This includes overseeing workplace operations, coordinating broker support activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting client-facing interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes, while also providing governance and coordination across business continuity, compliance, and branch operations
