QA Testing

Job Purpose

This position is accountable to test the functional of AEGIS PLUS, GX product with HV-High Voltage test, LV-Low Voltage test, and Final inspection so they should have basic knowledge about the Electrical measurement for example Voltmeter, Amp Meter and capable to have skill of fault finding. This position will be working closely and report direct to QA Senior quality team leader.

Job Context

• Working mainly in shopfloor.
• Working with electrical instrument in QA office and Final assembly line

Job Dimensions

• The role is based in Thailand although it may entail travelling abroad to other Lucy sites as appropriate.
• Undertake any reasonable overtime necessary to carry out the role effectively.

Key Accountabilities

These will include:

• HV test (High Voltage test) for AEGIS PLUS, GX product 
• LV test (Low Voltage test) for AEGIS PLUS, GX product
• Final Inspection check for AEGIS PLUS, GX product before deliver to Lucy Customer

Secondary Activities / Tasks

• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required. 
• Cover the roles of other QA team members during periods of vacations absence of illness.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Certificate or Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical or have experience for electrical testing field. 
• PC literate in Word and Excel
• Able to information record and updating databases.
• Good reading and writing skills. 
• Good communication
• Excellent Thai written and verbal communication skills.
• Well knowledge in the systems and able to stand alone working in each testing station.
• Able to understand and read the Technical Drawing, 
• Able to prioritize the job. 
• Able to communicate with QA team member and Production.
