Job Description:

*Conducts comprehensive patient assessments to gather health data. Analyzes assessment data to formulate accurate nursing diagnoses.

*Identifies expected patient outcomes based on assessment and diagnosis. Develops individualized care plans to achieve identified outcomes.

*Implements nursing interventions to address patient needs and achieve care plan goals.

*Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions and patient progress towards outcomes.

*Revises care plans based on ongoing assessment and evaluation.

*Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members in the care process.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]


Work Experience:

• Emergency Department nursing experience [Required]

• Previous charge nurse experience [Preferred]


Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
 

Pay Range:

$32.16 - $56.28
