Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / Product Owner to support an initiative focused on integrating AI into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

This role bridges business and technology, helping design a scalable, AI-enabled framework that improves efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality

Responsibilities: Analyze current SDLC, product discovery, and delivery processes to identify inefficiencies

Support the design and rollout of an AI-enabled SDLC framework

Define business and functional scope for AI-supported activities (requirements, user stories, feasibility, prioritization)

Create and maintain key documentation: BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define outputs, quality standards, and workflows

Translate business needs into clear, delivery-ready requirements

Support prioritization based on value, risk, dependencies, and cost of delay

Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement

Work with engineering and AI teams to validate AI-driven outputs and processes

Ensure compliance with security, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements

Skills and Experience: Experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software delivery

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, backlog management, and requirements lifecycle

Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, tech, QA, security, compliance)

Ability to analyze processes and drive structured improvements

Experience writing requirements, user stories, and functional documentation

Good understanding of prioritization, feasibility, and value/risk assessment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with regulated environments (GDPR, security, compliance) is a plus

Exposure to AI, GenAI tools, or automation is highly desirable
