JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keeping teams accountable
- Ensuring systems in place are high functioning, working with the tech team to implement changes or new tech additions
- Supporting execution of new initiatives, training, and process changes
- Assist with administration of all regulatory compliance tracking and correspondence
- Prepare Purchase Orders, actively negotiate pricing and place orders with vendors
- Assist in handling marketing inquiries and drafting presentations and agreements accordingly
- Assist EVP with operational efficiencies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Open and adaptable to new technologies, including social media and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of autonomy and resourcefulness with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and interact with all levels of the organization
- Willingness to take full ownership of responsibilities
- Strong character, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Familiarity with real estate concepts is a plus - real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Valid driver’s license required
