Senior IT Project Manager (Delivery Manager)
Job Description
We are looking for Senior IT Project Manager (i.e. Delivery Manager) who is able to manages, coordinates business and technical stakeholders through all phases of professional project management to deliver technical projects for Manulife business. You shall work with inclusive, dynamic, professional, and strong core values organization.
Responsibilities
Responsible for successfully planning, running and completing projects.
Collaborate with all the teams involved in a project and make sure the project produces the necessary impactful outcome while meeting timeline, quality and staying within budget.
Frequently interact with business users, leadership to make sure the project meets their requirements, expectations and that they agree with the project's current direction.
Delivery managers might complete project audits and reviews to determine how they can improve a project's progress. Many have previously worked in engineering, project management or business roles.
Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks
Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and management
Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members
Has positive impact to organizational entities & has some understanding of the nature of the impact
Participates in negotiation of contract terms and conditions and ensures compliance with contract terms for project consultants and vendors
Responsible for assisting in hiring project staff, and developing motivating, coaching, advising, and managing the project team
Manage the technical components of the project or act as manager of personnel, including evaluating personnel
This role report to Head of IT Delivery. You are IT Delivery Manager for delivery technology roadmap of organization to business. Working very closely with Business to understand demand and consult, drive them for digital transformation.

Job Requirements
Proven Experienced and strong project management experience using waterfall and agile.
Certified PMI-PMP is preferable.
+6 years experience in same area
Well planning, execute, Monitor and control project scope, quality, budget, time.
Excellent stakeholder’s management and communication
Experience working with multi teams across locations.
Good critical thinking problem solving
Good at English
Life insurance industry experience is plus.
Gen AI in project management applied is plus.
