Sentara Primary Care Medical Group is now hiring a Manager, Service Line - Primary Care in the Virginia Beach, VA area!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (day shift)
This is a hybrid position that offers a combination of remote and onsite work, with a requirement to be in the office two days each week. The role also includes travel as needed to support business objectives and team collaboration.
Overview
Sentara Primary Care Medical Group is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to help shape the future of primary care delivery. In this role, you will partner with operational and clinical leaders to advance the care team model designed to improve patient access, enhance operational effectiveness, and support high-quality care across the division.
The Service Line Manager will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, leading program development, and supporting divisional performance in alignment with Medical Group and system-wide goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead division-specific program improvement initiatives in collaboration with Primary Care division leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote programs and expand services.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Medical Group by supporting the achievement of system, medical group, and divisional goals.
- Provide leadership in a multi-skilled, multifunctional environment, including the administration of human resource policies and practices.
Education
- Masters Level Degree (required)
