Job Overview

The Area IFM Operations Lead will have overall responsibility for the management of IFM operations for the designated area / countries under scope. This role involves delivering Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services consistently and efficiently, aligning with client requirements and expectations. The role requires the individual to establish and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders within JLL as well as client organizations. This is a leadership role requiring efficient management of IFM teams working together to provide a professional, value-focused service aimed at constantly meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for IFM delivery assurance in the area / countries.

• Provide leadership to the JLL account-based IFM service delivery teams across the area / countries.

• Ensure seamless delivery of IFM services including soft services, engineering, commute, and food & beverages services.

• Accountable for local service delivery to meet the contractual obligations of JLL for the client, including KPIs and performance standards.

• Drive implementation of various service delivery enhancement programs and initiatives.

• Manage third-party service vendor performance including conducting regular business reviews and managing reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the client's business and key factors influencing their requirements for our services.

• Coordinate with function leads to ensure implementation of standard operating procedures / playbooks for IFM service delivery consistency.

• Collaborate with GREF leadership team in the region / area / countries to establish delivery strategies for IFM services.

• Drive and implement strategies around optimization of services & cost, benchmarking, and best practices for IFM service delivery.

• Establish annual goals for IFM function in the area / countries, aligning with overall GREF global, regional, and local objectives.

• Lead and manage budget planning for IFM function and ensure teams work together to manage budgets effectively, meeting client-specific requirements and targets.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a corporate environment with proven ability to function effectively as a leader.

• Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations.

• Experience of working in and managing real estate / IFM function is desirable. Skills & Competencies
