The position plays a key part in ensuring seamless database migration activities with minimal downtime and zero data integrity compromise. You will be responsible for designing and executing robust upgrade strategies, including validation, rollback planning, and performance benchmarking. The role requires close collaboration with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to coordinate complex maintenance windows. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining high availability and operational stability throughout all phases of the upgrade lifecycle.
