What You Will Deliver

  • Manage the reception area at HQ, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors and handling all incoming inquiries with professionalism and poise.
  • Handle courier/shipping logistics for all departments.
  • Liaising with site managers to oversee procurement, facility maintenance, and cleaning arrangements.
  • Handle procurement processes and reimbursements for office expenses.
  • Support company events by managing guest logistics (travel, reception, tech setup) and coordinating the physical requirements for activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and direct supervisor, including material pickups, and document submissions.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or front-desk operations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • A "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • A self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and a strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding management affairs.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on the small things.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Chinese word processing; familiarity with AI productivity tools to automate routine tasks is highly regarded.
