Prepare design handover materials and collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designed solutions
Future Stream Planning and Framework Development
-
Establish service design methodologies and user research frameworks that can be applied to subsequent transformation phases
-
Support the planning and scoping of the IW platform modernisation by providing insights from the enterprise search project

Document lessons learned and best practices to guide future transformation initiatives across AGC
[What we are looking for]
-
5 to 8 years of UX design experience with expertise in user research, service design, and complex data-heavy interfaces
-
Proven ability to lead discovery in complex, rules-based domains
Skilled in Figma, service blueprinting, journey mapping, and workshop facilitation -
Strong visual communication and systems thinking capabilities

-
Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to non-design stakeholders
We Also Value
-
Intellectual curiosity by asking why, not just how.
