Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the Digital Advertising space.
You will play a key role in managing client’s needs while contributing to the company’s overall growth targets.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Ensure a smooth transition from Business Development to AdOps for a successful onboarding process;
Help set clear expectations internally and with the partner around performance, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor and analyze client performance and trends across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframes to identify missed and growth opportunities
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, understanding partner goals and unlocking opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell
Proactively address challenges and recommend solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Technical Team and AdOps) around client strategy from pre-sale, to onboarding and post launch lifecycle stages.
Be the voice of the customer internally, communicating their feedback and goals
Stay informed on industry trends and new opportunities in the digital advertising space (especially in programmatic - OpenRTB, VAST and compliance regulations)
