GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Association Manager will support PPSWG's Compliance, Finance, and Membership teams. This individual will be assisting with member onboarding and overall client support. The Sr. Association Manager will be responsible for assisting in the lifecycle of a member, starting with recruiting/onboarding members and concluding. This person brings executive presence, exceptional organization, and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prospective Members Management
- Manage prospective member outreach and communications, including regular reviews and updates to material as necessary
- Set up introductory calls
- Manage the prospective membership process including necessary documentation and information
- Create, manage, update, and implement PPSWG recruitment plan
- Manage application process, including NDAs and salesforce work associated with prospective members
- Manage the onboarding process, onboarding packet, onboarding calls, etc.)
- Manage application process and salesforce work associated with new members
- Add new members to communication channels (constant contact, member calls, etc)
- Coordinate invoicing with Finance Department
- Conduct regular onboarding calls for new staff at member companies
- Manage the info @ inbox
- Manage, update, and implement the Retention plan
- Manage NDAs on file and establish procedures to ensure NDAs are properly updated and re-signed
- Manage and implement off boarding procedures
- Manage Bulletin distribution list based on new member and updated member information
- Manage membership statistics and reporting tools (prospects, status in pipeline, total members by category, etc.)
- Experience in association management;
- Demonstrated executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing complex timelines and multiple workstreams.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to spot problems and proactively come up with solutions prior to the problem arising.
- Creative and open-minded
- Quick learner
- Comfortable facilitating cross-functional groups and engaging senior leaders and board members.
WORKPLACE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
We operate as a Hybrid work environment, working as a combination of remote and in-office presence, as well as the possibility of being onsite at client and/or event locations.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel at most 5 times per year.

- Frequently moves inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Need to adapt and function in various physical settings (for example, conference centers, indoor and outdoor spaces).
- Occasionally required to position self in a stooping, kneeling, or crouching manner.
- Frequently communicates with others and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Frequently uses computers and other electronic equipment.
