Chemical Recausticizing Assistant Superintendent

Basic Function The Chemical Recausticizing Assistant Superintendent is responsible for direct management of safety, environmental, production and cost parameters associated with the conversion of green liquor to white liquor through the liquor making process, the conversion of lime mud to lime through the calciner, and the conversion of weak black liquor into medium solids black liquor. This position will oversee both the day-to-day and long-term operation of liquor making, calciner, and two evaporator trains. This position will require the individual to develop competency in other operations of the Pulpmill, so as to be of assistance as needed during call outs or in the absence of another area Assistant Superintendent.
