About the Role
To support the growth of our activities, we are looking for a customer-focused, solution-oriented, and operationally minded Customer Service Representative to strengthen our industrial business team.
As a key interface between customers, sales teams, production facilities, and external partners, you will play an essential role in order management, customer satisfaction, and the smooth execution of administrative and logistics operations.
You will work in an international, technical, and dynamic environment where autonomy, analytical thinking, and a strong service mindset make a real difference.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers, suppliers, and production facilities;
Respond to customer technical and administrative inquiries;
Provide the required technical documentation;
Ensure professional, clear, and high-quality follow-up of requests;
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while respecting company procedures and operational capabilities.
Commercial & Administrative Management
Clarify customer orders with the sales team;
Enter, register, and follow up customer orders;
Send order acknowledgements in line with customer specifications;
Participate in invoicing and sales administration activities;
Follow up payments in collaboration with the accounting department;
Contribute to sales reporting and turnover monitoring;
Ensure proper filing and archiving of documentation.
Logistics & Production Coordination
Liaise with external suppliers and production facilities;
Monitor manufacturing and delivery schedules;
Organize and follow up transportation activities;
Prepare export documentation;
Participate in the management of claims and non-conformities;
Coordinate the reception of visitors and customers on site (hotel arrangements, restaurant bookings, factory visits, etc.).
Internal Support & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer experience;
Support knowledge sharing and internal documentation initiatives;
Assist the department manager in achieving operational objectives;
Participate in cross-functional projects related to customer service and operational excellence.
Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Project Administration is an asset;
Experience in an industrial, technical, or international environment is considered an advantage.
Language Skills
Excellent command of French or Dutch is a must;
Good professional command of English;
Knowledge of German is considered an additional asset.
IT Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365;
Experience with SAP.
