Job Description
1. Technical Support and Quotation Preparation
Prepares accurate and timely technical and commercial proposals for non mining projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Upon receipt of the order, prepare and transfer the relevant order documentations to the appropriate department for further processing.
2. Documentation and Reporting
Maintains accurate technical documentation and regularly updates supervisors on task progress while contributing to performance reporting and analysis.
3. Customer Interaction
Serves as a technical point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and clarifying project-related technical matters.
KEY RESULT AREA
1. Timely and accurate preparation of quotations and documentation.
2. Compliance with technical and quality standards.
Competencies:
1. Understand the basic technical knowledge of products and systems
2. Understanding of general commercial processes (Export-Import, Financial, Legal) will be preferred.
3. Good communication (english and bahasa) and problem solving
