Senior Digital Project Manager
Location: Budapest, MOL Campus
About the role
The purpose of this position is to ensure that MOL Campus-related projects, especially digital workplace developments, are delivered in a measurable way, meeting deadlines, business expectations and budget requirements, while minimizing risks and issues.
Key responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects from idea generation through planning, approval, procurement, execution, monitoring and handover
Prepare project roadmaps and detailed action plans; continuously monitor progress and ensure projects remain on track
Manage the critical path and ensure visibility of risks and issues before they impact delivery
Identify, manage and communicate risks, assumptions, dependencies and issues to stakeholders
Develop detailed cost plans; ensure investment cases are properly scoped and budgets are controlled, including plan vs. actual tracking and forecasting
Act as a main point of contact, ensuring effective information flow and collaboration across stakeholders
Coordinate and supervise external consultants, vendors and suppliers
Build and manage the project delivery team, with indirect management responsibility of approximately 10–15 people
Prepare reports, meeting materials, status updates and decision-support documents in line with MOL internal requirements
Maintain structured documentation, templates and tracking tools
Support and control procurement processes related to the projects
Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness through new processes, ways of working or collaborations
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery standards
Work closely with and report to the Senior Enterprise Architect
Contribute to additional tasks required for successful project implementation
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management
Experience in both infrastructure and software development projects
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Proactive and purpose-driven mindset
Ability to prioritise and make decisions aligned with value delivery
High level of adaptability
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
Willingness to work in an international environment

Technical skills
Confident use of Microsoft Office and project management tools, such as MS Project or similar
Interest in digital technologies supporting workplace experience
Experience with Azure DevOps is an advantage
Languages
Fluent English and Hungarian
