This role is ideal for an intermediate to senior-level professional with a strong background in contaminated sites, hydrogeology, or environmental engineering/science, and a passion for technical excellence and mentorship. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality environmental assessments and remediation projects while supporting team development and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Key responsibilities include:   Lead and manage Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) or contaminated sites. Interpret hydrogeological and environmental data to support site characterization and risk assessment Provide senior technical review of reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance Support and mentor junior and intermediate staff Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders Contribute to project planning, execution, and reporting   Ready to throw your name in? Your application should show us: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting Professional designation: P.Eng., P.Geo., or P.Ag., or eligibility for immediate registration Strong working knowledge of Alberta regulatory frameworks, including Tier I and Tier II guidelines Interest or experience in business development with established client relationships in industry.
