Your Role:
As a Warehouse Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive incoming containers and prepare outgoing containers for shipment, to include cleaning, inspecting, charging and testing.
- Interact with drivers of transport companies during delivery and release of containers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and requirements for special instructions pertaining to inbound and out bound loads are completed (BOL's, acceptance and release notifications, etc.)
- Monitor inventory and enter appropriate information in inventory systems as required.
- Operates simple warehouse equipment as necessary (pallet jack, floor cleaners, etc.).
- Loading and unloading of trucks with forklifts
- Moving and stacking container inventory with forklifts
- Conduct EH&S and 5S inspections as directed.
- Maintain facilities and equipment in a clean, safe and good working order.
- Adhere to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Performs other tasks, as assigned.
- Complete all documentation, electronic and paper form, associated with above functions and duties.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse, inventory, material handling or operations environment (preferred).
- 1+ year of forklift operating experience.
- Experience handling temperature-controlled products or regulated materials is a plus.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, quick learner• Basic computer skills (Microsoft office, internet, email, etc.)
- Must demonstrate flexibility and positive attitude.
- Read, speak, and understand the English language
- Must possess critical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor, tact, diplomacy and ability to maintain good relationships with internal/external customers.
- Strong organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
- Must be a strong team player.

주요 업무 (Responsibilities)
- 입고 컨테이너 수령 및 출고 컨테이너 준비 (세척, 검사, 충전, 테스트 포함)
- 컨테이너 입·출고 시 운송업체 기사와의 커뮤니케이션
- 입·출고 물량 관련 특수 요구사항(BOL, 입고/출고 승인 등)에 대한 문서 및 절차가 적절히 수행되도록 내부 부서와 협업
- 재고 모니터링 및 재고 시스템에 데이터 입력
- 창고 장비(핸드 자키, 바닥 청소 장비 등) 운영
- 지게차를 이용한 상·하차 작업
- 지게차를 활용한 컨테이너 이동 및 적재
- EH&S 및 5S 점검 수행
- 시설 및 장비를 청결하고 안전하게 유지
- 작업 지침 및 표준 운영 절차(SOP) 준수
- 기타 지정된 업무 수행
- 상기 업무와 관련된 모든 문서(전자 및 서면) 작성 및 관리
자격 요건 (Qualifications)
- 고등학교 졸업 이상 (필수)
- 창고, 재고관리, 자재 취급 또는 운영 환경에서 3년 이상 경력 (우대)
- 지게차 운전 경력 1년 이상
- 온도 관리 제품 또는 규제 물품 취급 경험 우대
- 높은 책임감과 자기주도적 업무 수행 능력, 빠른 학습 능력
- 기본적인 컴퓨터 활용 능력 (MS Office, 인터넷, 이메일 등)
- 유연한 사고와 긍정적인 태도
- 기본적인 영어 읽기, 말하기 및 이해 능력
- 논리적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력
- 세심함과 높은 정확성
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 대내외 관계 유지 능력
- 뛰어난 조직 관리 능력 및 다중 업무 처리 능력
