We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially curious Associate Manager, Cross‑Category Analytics to support performance tracking and insights across key enterprise growth initiatives, including MA OTC, GLP‑1, Kids, Women’s Health, and US Soccer.

This role will focus on understanding what is driving business performance in the market, translating complex data into clear insights, and helping teams make better, forward-looking decisions.

This position is centered on deep analysis of market and consumer data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for growth.

This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple high-priority business initiatives and develop a broad commercial and analytical skillset. You’ll gain exposure to cross-category strategy while building expertise in market analytics, consumer behavior, and performance diagnostics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance of cross-category initiatives to identify key drivers of growth and underperformance

  • Translate data into actionable insights that inform future forecasting and strategy 

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions tied to brand and category performance

  • Leverage external data sources such as Nielsen, Circana, and consumer panel data (e.g., Numerator) to understand market trends and behavior 

  • Evaluate category dynamics, competitive activity, and consumer responses to marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Customer Strategy teams

  • Develop clear, compelling presentations and dashboards to communicate insights

*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, marketing, insights, or strategy, preferably in CPG, consumer health, or related industries

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations

  • Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, modeling, analysis)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and simplify complex information

  • Experience working with market data (Nielsen, Circana) and consumer panel data (e.g., Numerator)

  • Exposure to marketing analytics, brand performance evaluation, or commercial strategy

  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments

The salary range for this role is $ 115,765 - 159,176 annually + bonus
