Job Description

About your role:

This role provides senior-level ownership of Product Development capability frameworks across the multi-Branded Footwear & Equipment organization. The Senior Specialist defines how knowledge, standards, and best practices are structured, deployed, and sustained across Brands and regions. Acting with foresight and influence, the role identifies capability gaps before they scale, translates complex expertise into enterprise-ready standards, and ensures capability maturity improves year over year.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited):

Knowledge Architecture & Standards Ownership

Owns the architecture, governance, and lifecycle of SOPs, playbooks, and process standards across Product Development domains. Sets quality thresholds, structures content for scalability, and ensures standards remain relevant, adopted, and effective over time.

Capability Framework Design & Deployment

Leads the design and evolution of capability frameworks, training curricula, and onboarding models. Partners with subject-matter experts and leadership to translate strategic intent into practical, role-based capability development across Brands and regions.

Cross-Brand Best Practice Consolidation

Proactively identifies deviations, maturity gaps, and best-in-class practices across Brands. Evaluates applicability, drives alignment decisions, and consolidates practices into enterprise standards that balance consistency with Brand-specific needs.

Continuous Improvement & Advisory

Acts as a trusted advisor on capability maturity and ways of working. Leads targeted improvement initiatives, challenges outdated practices, and supports leaders in embedding sustainable capability improvements without direct people management responsibility.

What we will be looking for in you:

Demonstrated ownership of complex capability or knowledge systems with enterprise-level impact.

Strong judgment in balancing standardization, scalability, and functional nuance.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape ways of working without authority.

Recognized as a reference point or subject-matter expert within Product Development or Operations domains.

Desirable Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Product Development, manufacturing, or capability-focused roles, with demonstrated ownership of standards, frameworks, or enterprise initiatives.

Advanced documentation, facilitation, and influence skills.

Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
