Graduate Client Insight & Enablement Manager
Job Description
Company:
MarshDescription:
Client Insight & Enablement Manager
Marsh’s Client Insight & Enablement team sits at the heart of the business driving and enabling growth across our three client segments through an industry-led client engagement strategy. The strategy is underpinned by industry-specific client value propositions for our 20 industry groups, bringing together the full breadth of Marsh’s knowledge and capability. That value is delivered directly to clients and prospects, via colleague communities, and through strategic marketing.
We are looking for a Graduate Insights Manager to join the Client Insight & Enablement team within the Marsh Industries leadership group. You will be responsible for creating and sharing industry insight internally and externally, converting tacit knowledge into explicit, reusable content, and embedding that insight across the organisation to build Marsh’s reputation as trusted industry risk advisers and accelerate growth. You will collaborate closely with Industry Leaders, subject-matter experts and colleagues across Marsh Risk and the wider Marsh network.
What can you expect?
A visible role at the intersection of industry knowledge, client engagement and growth — working with senior stakeholders across Marsh Industries and the broader Marsh network.
Ownership of insight development and dissemination projects, with opportunity to influence internal strategy and external industry profile.
A fast-paced, cross-functional environment where you will design and run content programmes, thought leadership and industry education initiatives.
Support, mentorship and collaboration with the Client Insight & Enablement Lead and Industry Leaders; opportunities to develop project management, stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
We will count on you to:
Act as an Industry Ambassador — champion Marsh Industries insight, build awareness internally and externally, and raise the team’s profile within target industries.
Develop and curate proposition-specific knowledge assets (case studies, credentials, playbooks) that make tacit expertise accessible and reusable.
Work with subject-matter experts to produce content, thought leadership and events that align with Marsh messaging and brand standards.
Identify internal knowledge gaps and proactively design content, training and solutions (including Belief-Based Engagement initiatives) to close those gaps.
Distribute insight through an engaged virtual industry network and internal systems, driving adoption and use of content across segments and geographies.
Influence stakeholders to ensure knowledge management is recognized and embedded in business planning and client engagement activities.
Support broader Insights projects and priorities as required by the Client Insight & Enablement Lead.
What you need to have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at different levels of an organization.
Analytical problem-solving ability, including solid data manipulation skills and the capability to translate quantitative and qualitative findings into clear trends, insights and opportunities.
Experience in project coordination or management, with a track record of developing and delivering initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, functions or geographies (preferred).
An understanding of risk, insurance, people and/or investment topics is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, stay focused and maintain attention to detail.
What makes you stand out:
A growth mindset: you learn quickly, adapt to ambiguity, and iterate on solutions.
Proactive ownership: you can initiate projects, seek input where needed, and drive outcomes independently.
Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills — you build credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or internal communications that demonstrably improved usage or adoption of insight assets.
Experience designing and delivering internal education or engagement programmes (e.g., training, Belief-Based Engagement formats, webinars).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to turn complex subject matter into clear, client-relevant messages.
Why join our team:
We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
