
Logistics Representative
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:
- Monitoring customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System
- Maintaining any team mailboxes
- Performing relationship and knowledge-based exception management to any pre-defined processes
- Document and organize existing standard operating processes
- Learn multiple job functions within assigned team
- Facilitate customer calls and updates, identify when an outgoing call is needed to offer proactive answers
- Meet operational metrics
- Conduct CHR systems trainings to external CHR customer representatives
- Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Make fact-based suggestions on how customers can achieve their goals in utilizing CHR by understanding CHR’s value proposition
- Act as a resource and support for peers when needed
- Understand and utilize CHR’s project-based delivery model to find process improvements and cost savings within area of responsibility and/or team
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
- Ability to travel up to 5% (domestic and/or international)
- Site Specific: Fluent in English and the primary language of the applicable region
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Ability to present to a variety of audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically, analyze data and solve problems quickly and accurately
- Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to adapt to an ambiguous and changing environment
- Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization

Compensation Range
$20.94 - $33.12The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
