Design it. Build it. Grow into it.
If you’re early in your career and want more than just redlines and markups, this is a chance to be part of real projects and see how they come together in the real world.
At Boardwalk, our in-house design team delivers 15–20 projects a year across Canada. Leasing offices, lobbies, fitness spaces, community rooms, exterior amenity areas — work that gets built and used every day.
You’ll join a tight, high-performing team that moves quickly, supports each other, and takes pride in the details. Our work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including Renovation of the Year and Building of the Year.

We move fast, expect a lot from each other, and work as a team. If you’re curious, reliable, and ready to step in where needed, you’ll do well here.
