This is a detail-oriented, impact-driven operations role supporting the Partner Success team in delivering a seamless experience to nonprofit partners across onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle management. You will play a key role in ensuring that internal systems, workflows, and automations run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the success of partner-facing teams. The role combines operational execution, process optimization, and data integrity within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with partner success managers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflows, resolve issues, and enhance scalability. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will help refine onboarding processes, automate key milestones, and support product configuration needs.
