This is a high-impact, zero-to-one leadership role responsible for building and scaling the sales operations function that underpins revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and go-to-market execution. You will design the frameworks, systems, and processes that bring structure and predictability to sales performance across the organization. Acting as a critical connector between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams, you will ensure alignment on pipeline visibility, revenue targets, and execution strategy. The role combines strategic program design with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a central role in identifying growth opportunities, improving deal velocity, and strengthening overall sales effectiveness.
