Fuel Logistics Specialist (Aviation)
Location: Singapore
As a Fuel Logistics Specialist, you will sit at the core of World Fuel’s global aviation operation. The Global Fuel Logistics team is a key competitive advantage—combining customer service, operational coordination, and commercial support to deliver exceptional outcomes for aviation clients worldwide.
This is a fast-paced, highly dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will manage fuel orders, respond to real-time operational challenges, and act as a trusted partner to customers across the globe. Success in this role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
You will be part of a diverse, high-performing team spanning multiple regions, working collaboratively to deliver best-in-class service and maintain our industry-leading customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional customer service to aviation clients globally across phone and email
Coordinate fuel orders and manage end-to-end logistics activities
Monitor global fuel supply and respond proactively to availability changes or disruptions
Resolve operational issues quickly while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply, Credit, Billing, and other internal teams
Support customer accounts and contribute to strengthening long-term relationships
Maintain accurate records across multiple systems with strong attention to detail
Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Work effectively across time zones within a 24/7 global operation
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations coordination, or a fast-paced transactional environment (aviation or logistics experience preferred)
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and quality
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging with global clients
High attention to detail and commitment to governance, compliance, and low error rates
Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
Cultural awareness and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems
Additional Differentiator (Preferred):
Exposure to military environments, logistics, or fuel operations (e.g., early-career military experience or short-term service), bringing an understanding of structured operations and operational discipline
Additional Requirements
Fluent English (required)
Additional regional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or others) are a plus
Flexibility to support global operations across different time zones, including shift-based schedules
