We are now looking for a Logistics Support Intern to join our team for the summer in Gibraltar.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting our lubricants operations across Gibraltar, Spain, and France. You will act as a key link between operations and finance, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate stock management across a Europe-wide supply model.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Operations for lubricants activities

• Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate processing

• Support inventory planning

• Reconcile stock levels (system vs. physical inventory) and assist with month-end checks

• Investigate and resolve customer order queries

• Raise and manage purchase orders, verifying pricing and quantities

• Prepare delivery documentation to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – essential

• Experience in logistics, coordination, or a customer-facing role with strong organizational responsibilities is an advantage

• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

• Confident communicator with customer service skills

• A collaborative team player

• Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel (stock tracking, data analysis, reporting)
