- Deliver customized massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities
- Conduct client consultations to assess health history, goals, and contraindications
- Develop personalized treatment plans and adapt techniques to each guest's needs in the moment
- Advise guests on complementary self-care practices to extend the benefits of their session
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Perform facial and skincare treatments tailored to each guest's skin type, concerns, and goals
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and make thoughtful, personalized retail recommendations
- Prepare and maintain your treatment space to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Anticipate guest preferences and deliver a consistently seamless, one-on-one experience
- Contribute to a professional, collaborative team environment
- Support retail merchandising, linen management, and general spa upkeep
- Adhere to all Selah Spa and McLemore Resort standards, SOPs, and Valor brand guidelines
- Participate in training, menu updates, and ongoing education as introduced by the Spa Director
- What We're Looking For
- Valid state licensure in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics - required
- Demonstrated proficiency across multiple massage modalities and skincare techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills - warm, professional, and guest-focused in every interaction
- Ability to manage your time effectively and maintain pace across a full schedule of appointments
- Comfort working within a structured, protocol-driven environment
- A team player who takes pride in their space, their craft, and their guests
- Prior luxury spa or resort experience preferred
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and perform treatments for extended periods throughout a shift
- Physical stamina to apply sustained pressure using hands, forearms, and elbows
- Ability to lift and carry linens, products, and equipment as needed
- Compensation & Benefits
- Selah Spa offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission structure. Full details shared during the interview process. McLemore Resort team members also enjoy resort benefits commensurate with the Hilton Curio Collection.
