Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:  

Secure customers/consumers’ privilege as solving their complaints on our products. Increase brand image thru their satisfaction on our products and service in order to support our sales goal

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering outstanding ASC thru timely processing of repair and shipping so that customer/consumer could repurchase our products again.

  • Answering AS inqury calls for warranty issues properly
  • Communicate with customer/consumer on the criteria for judging defects products
  • Make judgements for loss responsibility of manufacturer, retailer or consumer.
  • Arrangement in resolving customer/consumer complaints.

Key Relationships:

  • Internal : Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Sales Ops, IT, HR
  • All Customers/Cosumers

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Professional knowledge on golf equipment
  • Skilled in MS Office & AS system
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Stress tolerance and Self-motivation
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Possess good attention to detail, accuracy and an eye for inconsistency

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

'-              More than 1 year of customer/consumer service in golf or sports industry

-               Native Korean
